The machine is designed for filling still and carbonated water and drinks into plastic bottles with the volumes from 0.5 up to 2.0 liters. The machine productivity is from 1500 up to 3000 bottles per hour (the productivity varies depending on the number of filling heads on the machine, bottle volume and product characteristics). During filling the liquid is dosed by level. The level of water filling is regulated by the depth of the filling head immersion into the bottle. The machine design envisages the syrup dosing by the second contour. The dose volume is regulated by a special block – syrup glasses. The syrup dose can be up to 250 ml. On the water filling machine the scheme of line filling without delays for inward and outward movement of bottles is implemented.
