The machine is designed for filling foamy products – “live” beer, kvass, lemonades, etc. into glass and plastic PET bottles. The productivity of equipment for filling beer is from 1200 up to 2000 bottles per hour (the productivity varies depending on the number of filling heads on the machine and product characteristics: temperature, carbonization).
The product is dosed by isobarometric method from the bottle bottom or through special nozzles by “umbrella” method, which allows filling strongly foaming liquids with high productivity. Isobarometric filling method is the method when the liquid saturated with carbon dioxide gas is filled from the intermediary tank into bottles under pressure. After sealing of the filling heads on the bottles, first the bottles are filled with carbon dioxide gas from the intermediary tank, the pressure in the tank and bottle equalizes and then the filling starts. Due to the lack of pressure difference the product is not foaming but, at the same time, high filling speed is preserved. After that the excessive pressure is discharged from the bottles.
