Drinking water filling line. The capacity is up to 1300 bottles/h. The line is capable of performing all types of automated process operations – from blowing, filling, and group packaging.

The drinking water filling line is designed for filling of  water into bottles with volume from 3.0 to 10.0 liters and is completed with an ARL-5 automatic filling machine. Liquid dosing during filling is carried out using the capacitive sensors. The filling machine features protective housing. The maximum capacity of the line is up to 1300 bottles per hour.

The tunnel for the bactericidal treatment can be installed on the transporter for UV disinfection of bottles, as well as on the automatic cap orientation system to ensure cap disinfection.

The construction and parts (including assembly units and parts in contact with the product) are made of stainless materials.
