Bottling line for milk and fermented milk drinks. Productivity up to 6000 bottles/hour. Carrying out all technological operations from blowing, filling and group packaging in automatic mode. High level of hygiene. Ultra Clean version.
The complex milk bottling line from the AVIS Machine-Building Plant is designed to perform a closed technological cycle for aseptic bottling of milk and fermented milk products into PET bottles with a product freshness retention period of up to 21 days. On the bottling line, all operations are fully automated and are carried out in the following order: blowing the bottle, rinsing the bottle and cap, bottling, capping the bottle (screwing the cap), labeling and labeling (applying labels and dates), group packaging of finished packaged bottles in film, moving bottles between operating modules via a transporter system.
The basis of the bottling line is the Triblock milk bottling TRM 8-6 Ultra Clean. A special feature of this milk filling machine is a single closed sterile zone, where three technological operations are carried out sequentially: two-stage rinsing of the bottle and cap, filling the product using flow meters (this ensures stable filling accuracy, a high level of hygiene and reduces losses during filling of the product to zero) and capping bottles with screw cap. The non-contact filling method and the absence of stagnant zones in the product supply channels make it possible to obtain long shelf life for bottled dairy products.
One of the main advantages of this milk filling machine is the automated, fast and high-quality washing of the machine, which completely eliminates manual sanitation.
Structures and parts (including assembly units in contact with the product) are made of stainless steel.
For its productivity and level of automation, the line has compact dimensions. The range of containers bottled on the line can vary from 0.25 l to 1.4 l. The line can fill the entire range of liquid dairy products: from milk to yoghurts with pieces of fruit up to 4 mm in size.
