The triblock is designed for two-phase bottle and cap rinsing, milk and fermented dairy products filling, cap orienting, and capping. The TRM 8-6-m Ultra Clean with the capacity of 3000 bottles/h features fluometric batching system.

The triblock is intended for filling of milk and viscous dairy products into PET bottles and capping them by screwing plastic caps with a tamper-evident ring in a single closed sterile area maintaining overpressure, excluding the contact of the filling product, a bottle, and a cap with the external environment.

Switching between fill volumes can be done within minutes, as the bottle moves in the filling area along its neck part.

Products to be packed: milk of various fat content, kefir, drinking yoghurts, including those with pieces of fruit, snezhok, bifidok, fermented baked milk, curdled milk.

Volumes of PET bottles vary from 200 ml to 1400 ml. Thereby, the filling error does not exceed  5 ml in a bottle of up to 500 ml, and 10 ml in a bottle of a larger volume.

  • Ultra Clean hygiene level extends the ESL milk shelf life to 21 days
  • Two-phase rinsing with hydrogen peroxide solution/acetic hydroperoxide followed by rinsing the bottle and the сap with ozonized water
  • Use of seated aseptic valves in pipelines
  • Сlean-air system for creating pressurization with PTFE filters with a filtration level to 0.2 microns and the possibility to clean the filters with steam
  • Automatic steam preparation system for filters: removing of macro impurities and condensate
  • Open doors monitoring system – the machine automatically stops working, which guarantees that the rinsing, filling and capping operations are not carried out in non-sterile environment
  • Peroxide fogging system disinfects chamber after opening doors or before starting work
  • Hydrogen peroxide/peracetic acid solution preparation module for initial bottle and cap rinsing and peroxide fogging system
  • Ozonated water preparation module for cap and bottle rinsing
  • Bottle and cap rinsing, filling and capping is carried out in an enclosed environment in accordance with all HACCP standards
  • Non-contact filling – the filling head does not touch the bottle neck, so the product does not touch the bottle neck either
  • Fluometric batching system – absence of “dead” zones in contrast to the piston filling method, when the joints get clogged with the product
  • The feed is cut off by the aseptic diaphragm valves, capable of operating over a wide temperature range
  • Inside the triblock, the bottle does not move down the conveyor belt but is suspended by the bottle neck finish, which eliminates the risk of contamination of the conveyor zone
  • CIP cleaning system provides the clean-in-place circulation cleaning of product supply passages which operates independently, but can be easily integrated into company’s centralized cleaning system
  • All pipework components undergo argon gas welding, and the subsequent etching and passivation processes allow to maintain the original quality of stainless steel
  • All piping and product feed units can be sanitized with steam
  • The equipment is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel according to the AISI standard, and the product lines are produced according to the DIN 11850 standard
  • Adaptive (adjustable) washing of the internal filling chamber
