The triblock is intended for filling milk and fermented dairy products and manufacturing a wide range of products of different types and volumes. The compact dimensions and the capacity level of the machine is a perfect solution for filling small or pilot batches. The triblock is capable of filling both traditional “family” volumes (up to 1.4 l), and increasingly popular individual volumes (over 1.4 l). Thereby, switching between fill volumes requires minimum time. These features allow greater flexibility and efficiency in adapting to market demands quickly.
The automated machine consequently performs three operations: rinsing a bottle and a cap with ozonated water, filling the product into bottles and capping the PET bottles with the screw caps. The triblocks are also equipped with the cap orientation function. All the working operations are performed in a single enclosed zone. The clean environment in the filling area is ensured by air filtering system and overpressure. Along with that, high levels of hygiene are maintained due to the following technological solutions: the fluometric batching method, the absence of “dead” zones in the product feed areas, the non-contact filling, the hygienic design of valves and controls.
