The labeler is designed to stick self-adhesive labels to the bottles moving along the conveyor. It can stick labels on bottles, flacons, jars, boxes, mass package. It can be manufactured for side or top sticking of labels, as well as in the versions for left- and right-side location of the equipment.
If the customer has own conveyor system, the automatic labeler can be embedded into the existing system.
The process of sticking labels is fully automated and does not require the presence of an operator.
Distinctive features:
- Following the signal of the optical sensor of bottle availability, the applicator separates the label with the help of the label separation mechanical unit
- Label is stuck to the bottle, pressed and smoothed out by the running roller along the whole sticking surface
- When sticking the wrap-around label, additional rolling with the help of the rolling conveyor takes place
