A modern and extremely precise optic-mechanical system of cutting and applying labels is implemented in the machine. It allows applying shrink sleeve labels on round and square bottles. Fast and easy changeover to different label types.

The accuracy of cutting and throwing on the label is provided by the ultra-precision servomotor and very sensitive photoelectric sensor. The control system is implemented based on the Japanese controller Mitsubishi, thus providing increased reliability, simplicity and high automation degree. The labeler is made of stainless steel. For its productivity and automation level the line is compact.
