The milk filling line produced by the AVIS machine-building factory is designed to execute closed process cycle of filling PET bottles with milk and dairy products, which allows to extend the product freshness up to 14 days. All the operations are executed as follows: bottle blowing, bottle and cap rinsing, filling, bottle capping (cap screwing), labeling and marking (label and date), group wrapping in stretch hood for shipping or storage, bottle handling between function modules by conveyors.
The filling line is based on the TRM 3-1 milk filling triblock. A key feature of this milk filling machine is a single closed sterile area, where three process operations are sequentially performed: bottle and cap rinsing, filling using fluometric (flow measurement) method, and capping the bottle with a screw cap. The cap is oriented using the Pick-and-Place capping system, which ensures stable capping quality.
The construction and parts (including assembly units in contact with the product) are made of stainless steel.
Non-contact filling and absence of “dead” zones in product feeding areas. Flow meters are used for dosing the product to ensure stable filling accuracy. This line has a compact size compared to its capacity. The volume of bottles varies from 0.25 l to 1.4 l. The line is capable of processing a full range of liquid dairy products, from milk to yoghurts with up to 4-mm large fruit pieces.
