Triblock filling (rinsing, pouring and capping) is designed for filling drinking, carbonated water and sweet carbonated drinks into plastic or glass containers. The maximum productivity of the triblock is up to 6000 bottles per hour.
Rinse block
- The machine is made of 304 stainless steel, except for the lower frame, transmission parts and some parts that need to be made of special materials.
- The roller bearing is made of stainless steel, the O-ring is made of EPDM material, and the plastic is made of UMPE.
- The grippers on the rinsing carousel are made of stainless steel, which holds the bottleneck, also made of stainless steel, compared with the traditional rubber gripper, it is more hygienic, durable and does not contain wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid contamination by the rubber gripper.
- Equipped with a high-efficiency spray nozzle, the gripper can move to any position on the inner wall of the bottle and save rinsing water. There is a cap above the spray nozzle, which can prevent water from spilling; and under the nozzles there are control holes for recirculation.
- Adjustment is possible for different bottle heights.
- The water supply is controlled by a solenoid valve.
Bottling block
- The filling unit consists of a filling tank with filling valves. The valve is an advanced design with high filling speed, no hygienic corner pocket, multiple sealing parts and precise liquid level control. The entire valve is made of 304 stainless steel.
- The filling system has a CIP connection for effective cleaning of the product supply pipe, filling tank, filling valves.
- The filling system is equipped with automatic product temperature control.
- Isobaric filling is used. The product supply valve opens and begins filling when the pressure inside the bottle is in equilibrium with the filling tank
- The liquid is supplied by an automatic pneumatic valve with a magnetic liquid level switch to automatically control the liquid level.
Plastic screw cap capping block
- The capping unit consists of electromagnetic heads.
- The supply of caps is carried out from a belt-type hopper; a correctly oriented cap descends along the guides to the bottles.
- The cap elevator is equipped with a bottle detection sensor, no bottles – no cap supply. Also, if there are no caps, the machine stops.
- Adjustment for different bottle heights is provided.
- Capped bottles are fed onto the outfeed plate conveyor.
