The AVIS filling line is designed for filling plastic bottles with condensed milk and executing the following process operations: bottle blowing, filling PET bottles, bottle capping, labeling and date marking, group packaging of finished productы into polyethylene, bottle handling between function modules by conveyors.

The line is equipped with the ARL-SM machine for condensed milk filling. The filling process is linear and starts from feeding the empty bottles to the conveyor with a cutoff sensor. Filling is carried out in non-contact mode via the filling heads. Product dosing is controlled by capacitive sensors.

The volume of bottles varies from 0.5 l to 1.5 l.

All equipment of the condensed milk filling line is automatic and easy to set up, requiring no highly skilled maintenance and frequent parts replacement. The noise level is low.
