The water filling line is designed for filling of drinking, sparkling and sweetened beverages (including those with natural syrup) into plastic bottles. The line maximum capacity is up to 3000 bottles /h.
The feeding of syrup is executed through the separate feeding channels of the filling machine, so it is possible to fill both drinking and sparkling sweetened water into bottles without additional washing of product feeding channels. Water is dosed by level, using the overflow method. The syrup is filled by means of overflow syrup cups. The filling machine is equipped with an infeed and outfeed conveyors to ensure fast filling speed without delays in infeed and outfeed of bottles.
The volume of bottles varies from 0.5 to 2.0 litres, which makes it possible to expand the range of products. The tunnel for the bactericidal treatment can be installed on the transporter for UV disinfection of bottles, as well as on the automatic cap orientation system to ensure cap disinfection.
The construction and parts (including assembly units and parts in contact with the product) are made of stainless materials.
