The machine is designed to produce PET bottles from preheated preforms by stretching and two-stage blowing in a two-seat mold. The machine can produce bottles in the range from 3 up to 6 liters. The machine consists of power unit, furnace for heating preforms, automatic preform loader and container with control terminal. The automatic preform loader is designed to position preforms and feed them to the heating zone. The preform heating furnace is designed for uniform heating of the preforms and positioning of the heated preforms by step in the gripping area of the shuttle carriage. The power unit is designed for feeding the heated preforms to the mold providing the product blowing out, moving the finished products out of the mold and their further feeding to the next element of the technological line.
