The complex milk filling line produced by the AVIS machine-building factory is designed to execute closed process cycle of filling PET bottles with milk and dairy products using aseptic technology. This allows to extend the product freshness up to 21 days. All the operations are fully automated and are executed as follows: bottle blowing, bottle and cap rinsing, filling, bottle capping (cap screwing), labeling and marking (label and date), group wrapping of finished packaged bottles in stretch hood, bottle handling between function modules by conveyors.
The filling line is based on the TRM 8-6 Ultra Clean milk filling triblock. A key feature of this milk filling machine is the availability of the closed sterile zone, where three technological operations are sequentially executed: two-phase bottle and cap rinsing, filling the product by flow meters (this ensures stable filling accuracy, a high level of hygiene and reduces losses during product filling to zero) and capping bottles with a screw cap. The non-contact filling method and the absence of “dead” zones in the feed areas allow to extend the shelf life of dairy products.
One of the main advantages of this milk filling machine version is the automated, fast and high-quality washing, which completely excludes the need for manual sanitization.
The construction and parts (including assembly units in contact with the product) are made of stainless steel.
This line has a compact size compared to its productivity and automation level. The volume of bottles filled on the line can vary from 0.25 l to 1.4 l. The line is capable of processing a full range of liquid dairy products, from milk to yoghurts with up to 4-mm large fruit pieces.
